The SOCAL soccer league deals with all league-related issues through direct communication with club directors and administrators. It is recommended that parents, guardians, spectators, coaches, and managers first contact their respective clubs for any concerns. If necessary, the club director will take the matter to the league level on their behalf to ensure that important messages are received by the appropriate member and addressed promptly.
